Where the money goes
Every dollar this site receives from advertising is donated to Cure Alzheimer's Fund. Not a portion of it, and not what is left after costs. It is the gross figure, before any expenses.

This block will carry the complete public disclosure. It is being held back until two details are confirmed from their official sources, because publishing it without them would be incomplete in exactly the way the rules on charitable promotions are written to prevent.
- Cure Alzheimer's Fund’s EIN, taken from the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search or the charity’s own Form 990 rather than from a third-party listing.
- The operator’s exact registered legal name, as filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
What is already true and stated everywhere on this site: 100% of gross advertising revenue is donated to Cure Alzheimer's Fund. Operating costs are paid separately by the operator and are not deducted. No one takes any compensation.

Nothing has been received yet, so nothing has been donated yet. The first row appears here the day the first advertising payment arrives, and the amount donated will equal the gross revenue beside it.
Advertising networks pay 30 to 90 days after the ads run, and most hold a balance until it reaches $100. An empty ledger this early is the timing, published rather than hidden.
The operating costs column does not reduce the donation. Hosting, the domain, and tooling are paid personally by the operator, and the site runs at a loss by design.
Why a total can read as zero, or as less than the revenue
Advertising networks pay 30 to 90 days in arrears, and most of them hold a balance until it reaches an accumulated $100 before making any payout at all. Revenue that has been earned is not the same as revenue that has been received, and only money actually received can be given away.
Everything received to date has been donated.
So an early total of zero is a timing fact, disclosed here rather than left to look like inactivity. It is not a shortfall and there is nothing being held back.
If you want to give directly
Give to Cure Alzheimer's Fund on the charity’s own page. Your gift goes to the charity directly, the charity issues your receipt, and it is deductible to the extent the law allows.
This site does not accept donations. There is no form here, no payment field, and no way to give us money, deliberately. We are a for-profit company, not a charity: money given to us would not be deductible, and we would have to hand it on anyway. A link is a better outcome for you than a form would be.
The link is not live yet. It will point at a fundraising page hosted on Cure Alzheimer's Fund’s own platform. Until that address is confirmed, nothing is rendered here rather than sending you somewhere provisional.
Corrections
These records are append-only. A mistake is corrected by adding an entry that explains it, with the original left in place, so the history of this page stays readable. If the commitment itself ever changes, the change will be published here with its date and the previous terms left visible.
